I felt an uplift of something as I held my father's arm as he died, and with other experiences I have no doubt about such stuff, but it would be great to have it proved.

Echinacea is a good way to boost immunity, but you can't use it for prolonged periods or your system gets dependent on it.
Manuka honey is expensive but really good for a lot of things there are different strengths you can buy in Holland and Barrett.
