Today is the big day; my first date in over a year, an afternoon coffee date because I met him on line.

It is amazing to me how much fear can be conjured up over sharing a hot drink with a virtual stranger; almost enough to prevent me from going.....but not quite.

My judgements are in full flight; about me and about him.

It is no wonder I am single, I'm such a scardy cat with so many 'Inadequacy' scripts running wild in my (previously) subconscious mind.
