Recovering from yet another illness, I am feeling vulnerable and quite frankly a nuisance to the rest of my family who, lets face it, are girls who just wanna have fun.

My wonderful next door but one neighbour has just knocked with a request for the keys to my car, knowing I'm unwell he will blitz it with his mini hoover like no other valet ever could. I am grateful.

My friend deep down south in E. Sussex is like an ever ready battery/Life Coach/Personal Trainer/Counsellor but ....................on the other end of a phone.

I need a hug. And I need to hear that I am not a nuisance but a valued member of my family who is a number one priority.
