I AM FILLED WITH LOVING KINDNESS, I AM THAT
I AM WELL, I AM THAT
I AM PEACEFUL AND AT EASE, I AM THAT
I AM HAPPY, I AM THAT

Do in the morning for 20 minutes. Can be repeated at evening if needed or when standing in a que or waiting anywhere. It is also wonderful to walk to. Try it for a month initially; the benefits are remarkable.
