Loving Kindness

Try this meditation and see how much better you feel.

It is a blend of aspects from the Buddhist Loving Kindness meditation and info from the Moses Code book/film; I AM THAT, I AM.

I AM FILLED WITH LOVING KINDNESS, I AM THAT
I AM WELL, I AM THAT
I AM PEACEFUL AND AT EASE, I AM THAT
I AM HAPPY, I AM THAT

Do in the morning for 20 minutes. Can be repeated at evening if needed or when standing in a que or waiting anywhere. It is also wonderful to walk to. Try it for a month initially; the benefits are remarkable.

I've just finished reading the Moses Code and found it quite interesting. The Secret was good to recommend to people, but felt like a stage of development rather than the ultimate...for me, it reminded me again to lose the martyr complex!!!
I like the way JT brings in "the longing of the soul."

I quite enjoyed the book; The Moses Code but it didn't tell me anything I didn't already know. I found the film disappointing for the same reason and because I find that fast paced; fast music; documentary style film (like The Secret)irritating.

JT did get it right with the spiritual direction, as you say and I thought his pyramid exercise illustrated his point perfectly. I am going to one of his lecture/workshop things soon in Manchester, England, there will be other speakers there also and things to buy; all angelic stuff. Could be an interesting day.

How's business/manifestation up your neck of the woods?
