Here's what my spiritual community: CLEARMIND LIVERPOOL were doing last month. Yesterday, we linked up globaly with other CLEARMIND communities from Dublin to Vancouver to do our second HUGFEST.
WHY HUGS?
One of the most basic needs of a human being is connection and contact. We live in a world that has, for the most part, forgotten the importance of this.
Thus we get caught up in the distractions of everyday life and its drama and conflicts, forgetting the most imprtant aspect of human growth.....LOVE.
Check in with yourself today. How is it to feel authentic unconditional love? Does the force of this love feel like it could change the world for the better?
As Ghandi once said; "Be the change you want to see in the world."
The Clearmind community in Liverpool believes in transforming the world, one thought at a time, we are transforming the world one hug at a time. Our challenge to you is to pass this on.
